H&B&Me (formerly Rewards for Life): points, birthday treat and offers
Offers checked 9 Oct 2026 · How we verify offers
H&B&Me is Holland & Barrett’s loyalty scheme. It was called Rewards for Life until February 2026, when every member’s account and points moved across to H&B&Me automatically, so there is nothing to re-join. You collect points in store, online and in the H&B app, and spend them as money off at the till or checkout.
Members collect 4 points per £1, and a point is worth 1p, so that is a 4% return. H&B&Me also brings Member Prices on selected products and a free birthday treat. Those are money off and a free product rather than points, so we explain them here but don’t list them as offers.

The Holland & Barrett birthday treat
H&B&Me members get a free product for their birthday, with no purchase needed. You choose it from a short list set out in H&B’s terms: when we read them, that was H&B snacks such as plant puffs and popcorn, and lip and shimmer balms.
To get it, your date of birth must be on your H&B&Me account and you must be opted in to H&B’s marketing. H&B then sends a voucher, which you take to a Holland & Barrett store in the UK or Ireland within 14 days of your birthday. It cannot be used online, it is one product per member while stocks last, and H&B may swap your choice for another gift.
The treat is a free product, not points, so it never appears in our offers list.
How to collect H&B&Me points faster
Always shop signed in or scanned
Online, sign in to your account before you order and points are added at checkout. In store, scan the QR code in the Rewards section of the H&B app. If points are missed, H&B adds them when you show a valid receipt within 14 days of the purchase.
Use the points vouchers on receipts and emails
H&B sends bonus-points vouchers on receipts and by email, such as £2 worth of points when you spend £20 or more in one transaction, each with its own expiry date. They are single use, and only one bonus-points promotion counts per transaction, so keep one for a bigger shop.
Know what earns
Points are paid on what you actually pay after discounts, on purchases of £1 or more. Gift cards, charity donations and purchases through third-party apps earn none. At 4 points per £1, £25 earns 100 points (£1) and £50 earns 200 points (£2).
Spend before you reach the cap
The terms set a maximum of 10,000 points per member, worth £100. Spending points as you go keeps you under it. Points also last only while you make a purchase with your account at least once every 12 months.
How to spend H&B&Me points
Once you have 50 points you can spend them in store or online, in steps of 50 points (50p). You choose how many to use, as part payment on anything Holland & Barrett sells, and you cannot use more than the value of your basket.
Points cannot be swapped for cash, credit or gift cards. Member Prices on selected products are discounts, not points, and cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers.

What happened to Holland & Barrett Rewards for Life?
It became H&B&Me. Rewards for Life members’ accounts and points were carried over automatically at the start of February 2026, so existing members don’t need to do anything.
How much are H&B&Me points worth?
Each point is worth 1p, so 100 points make £1. You can spend them once you have 50 points (50p), in steps of 50.
How many H&B&Me points do you get per £1?
4 points per £1, on purchases of £1 or more, worked out on what you pay after discounts. That is a 4% return: £25 earns 100 points, worth £1.
What is the Holland & Barrett birthday treat?
A free product, with no purchase needed, chosen from a short list in H&B’s terms (snacks and lip balms when we read them). H&B sends a voucher, which you take to a UK or Irish store within 14 days of your birthday. It is one per member, while stocks last.
How do I get my Holland & Barrett birthday gift?
Add your date of birth to your H&B&Me account and opt in to H&B’s marketing emails. H&B then sends a birthday voucher to redeem in store within 14 days of your birthday. It cannot be used online.
Do H&B&Me points expire?
Only if you make no purchase with your account for 12 months; otherwise points roll over each year. H&B may also close an account that earns no points for 12 months.
Is there a limit on H&B&Me points?
Yes. The terms set a maximum of 10,000 points per member, which is £100 to spend.
How do I get the H&B&Me welcome bonus?
Join H&B&Me and make your first purchase as a member. H&B adds 300 points (£3) after that purchase; for a Click & Collect order, once you have collected it.
Is there an H&B&Me card?
Not a plastic one: H&B no longer issues them. Your card is digital, as a QR code in the Rewards section of the H&B app, and you can add it to your Apple or Android wallet.
