Matalan Me is Matalan’s loyalty scheme, and it has no points: neither its page nor its terms mention any. Members get member-only discounts, early access to sales and new ranges, a birthday treat, partner offers and entry to a prize draw each time they shop with the card.

What Matalan Me members get
Member-only discounts and rewards, to use in store and online, and early access to sales and new ranges by email invitation.
A birthday treat, sent once you have shared your date of birth, and partner offers that Matalan calls Pick Me Ups, treats from other brands.
Win your Basket: every time you shop with your Matalan Me card or app, in store or online, you are entered into a prize draw to win the value of that basket or order, up to £500. Winners are picked at random, and the draw is for members aged 18 or over.
How to get the most from Matalan Me
Add your date of birth
The birthday treat goes only to members who have given their date of birth. Add it in the Matalan app under My Account, then Account details.
Stay contactable
Matalan’s terms say you must be contactable to get the member benefits, and rewards are sent by email (with an in-store barcode or an online code) if you opt in, as well as to the Rewards wallet in the app.
Scan your card every time
In store, scan your Matalan Me card as well as the reward’s barcode; online, copy the code from your Rewards wallet into the checkout. Shopping with the card also enters you into Win your Basket.
Check what a voucher covers
Matalan Me vouchers cannot buy gift cards, fragrance, toiletries, furniture, school uniform, some brands or anything in Matalan Clearance stores, among other exclusions in the voucher terms.
How Matalan Me vouchers work
A Matalan Me voucher works only with your Matalan Me card or reward number in the same transaction. It cannot be passed to someone else or used with any other offer, and only one voucher counts per transaction.
If you return one item from a multi-item purchase made with a voucher, you are refunded its price less its share of the voucher’s discount.

How do I get my Matalan birthday treat?
Add your date of birth to your Matalan Me account in the app (My Account, then Account details). Matalan then sends the birthday treat to your email or your Rewards wallet in the app when the time comes.

How do I use my Matalan Me rewards?
Find them under My Rewards in the Matalan app, or in your email if you opted in. In store, scan your Matalan Me card and the reward barcode; online, copy the code from your Rewards wallet and apply it at checkout.
Can I use a Matalan Me voucher with other offers?
No. A Matalan Me voucher cannot be used with any other offer, only one can be used per transaction, and your Matalan Me card must be in the transaction.
I have lost my Matalan Me card. What do I do?
Your digital Matalan Me card is always in the app. To use a new plastic card, go to My Rewards in the app, choose “Picked up a new card?” and enter the 15-digit number on its back; it replaces your old card.
Who can join Matalan Me?
Anyone aged 16 or over, with one card per person. The card works in Matalan stores across the UK, in the app and at matalan.co.uk.
