Love Your Body Club is The Body Shop’s free loyalty scheme in the UK, run by The Body Shop International Limited under terms valid from 19 June 2025. Anyone aged 16 or over who lives in the UK can join in a The Body Shop store or online. There is no card and no app: you give the email address on your account at the till, or sign in to your account online.

Members collect 5 points per £1 in stores and online. Every 500 points become a £5 voucher automatically, so a point is worth 1p and the return is 5%: £100 of spending makes one £5 voucher. Vouchers last 3 months, and the whole points balance expires after 12 months with no points earned or spent.

Members also get 10% off their first order, a £5 birthday reward and early access to sales and launches by email. The discount and early access are money off rather than points, so we explain them here but don’t list them as offers.

How to collect Love Your Body Club points faster

  1. Give your email every time

    There is no card or loyalty number to show. In a store, give the email address linked to your account at the till; online, sign in to that account before you order. If you joined in a store, sign in online with the same email address to collect points on online orders too.

  2. Join before your first order

    New members get 10% off their first order, used within 14 days of joining. It is a discount rather than points, and it cannot be used with a club voucher, but the points on that order are earned on the price you pay after the discount.

  3. Claim the £5 birthday reward

    Add your date of birth to your account, stay opted in to The Body Shop’s marketing emails, and buy something with your account in the 12 months before your birthday. A £5 reward then arrives in your birthday month, valid for 30 days from issue under the terms.

  4. Watch member emails for points promotions

    The Body Shop says members can expect points promotions and early access to sales and new products, sent by email, so keep your email opt-in up to date in your account. When a points promotion is dated on The Body Shop’s own site, we list it on this page.

  5. Earn on gift cards and subscriptions

    Buying a gift card earns no points, but paying for products with one does. Subscription orders earn points at the same rate as a regular order.

  6. Mind the limits

    Points are earned on at most 3 transactions a day, up to 5,000 points (£1,000 of spending) a day. Points from online orders arrive once the order has left the warehouse, and points are credited within 7 days.

How to spend Love Your Body Club points

You don’t choose when to spend points: each time you reach 500 points, your account is credited with a £5 voucher. You can see your points and vouchers by signing in to My Account online, by asking in a store, or in the monthly statement The Body Shop emails.

You can use one voucher at a time when you shop online, and up to five when you shop in a store. Sign in with the email address linked to your account; if your vouchers don’t show at the online checkout, choose “use alternative payment method”, which takes you out of the Shop Pay checkout.

Each voucher can be used once, towards part or all of a purchase, and any value left on it is lost, so use it on a basket of £5 or more. Vouchers can be used with other promotions unless those say otherwise (the 10% joining discount says so), but not to pay for subscriptions. Points and vouchers have no cash value.

Vouchers expire 3 months after they are issued, and no more than 10 can be held at once: an eleventh removes the oldest.
