LF Beauty Plus+ is LOOKFANTASTIC’s own loyalty scheme, run by THG Beauty Limited. It is free, with no purchase needed, for LOOKFANTASTIC customers aged 16 or over: you need a LOOKFANTASTIC account, then you opt in from it (“Join now”) or tick the box when you create one. There is no card; your points and level live in your online account.

Members earn 5 +Points for every £1 spent at lookfantastic.com, as long as they are signed in when they pay. You turn 500 +Points into £5 of credit to spend on the site, so a point is worth 1p and the return is 5p per £1, or 5%.

Points earned over 12 months also set your level, from Level 0 to Level 3, which brings a £10 code, a welcome gift or invitations to the Review Panel. LOOKFANTASTIC also runs Double +Points events, which it announces to members by email.

Double +Points events

LOOKFANTASTIC runs Double +Points events, and its own blog speaks of Triple ones too, on selected brands or selected luxury beauty. Its FAQ says members hear about them by email, throughout the year; the pages we read give no calendar of events.

Each product page states the points it earns (“Earn 700 Beauty Plus+ points” on a £140 product is the usual 5 per £1), so a higher figure than 5 points per £1 means an event is on. LOOKFANTASTIC’s Double +Points landing page carries no dates, and the products on it earned the usual rate when we checked.

We list an event on this page when we find one, with its end date if LOOKFANTASTIC gives one.

LF Beauty Plus+ levels

How to collect LF Beauty Plus+ points faster

  1. Sign in before you pay

    Points are only paid to a signed-in account at the moment of purchase. Orders through Guest Checkout earn nothing, and the points are not added later if you create an account afterwards. At 5 points per £1, a £60 order earns 300 points (£3 of credit); £100 earns 500 (£5).

  2. Complete your Beauty Profile

    Opting in and fully completing the Beauty Profile in your account pays 400 +Points (worth £4 at 1p a point), by LOOKFANTASTIC’s terms and FAQ; one help-centre answer says 500. A completed profile is also needed for the £5 birthday gift.

  3. Review what you bought

    Each product review earns 25 +Points, for products you bought from LOOKFANTASTIC (the terms pay review points against validated purchases only). Your past orders are in your account.

  4. Watch your email for Double +Points events

    Events are announced to members by email, so opt in to LOOKFANTASTIC’s emails. The level rewards and the birthday gift need that opt-in as well.

  5. Convert only when you are ready to shop

    Credit expires 30 days after you convert points into it and is used in a single order, so turn points into credit just before you buy. Points left unconverted expire 365 days after they are added.

  6. Know the limits

    One order can earn at most 10,000 +Points (£2,000 of spending), and a member can collect at most 100,000 +Points in any 12 months. Refunded items take their points back.

How to spend LF Beauty Plus+ points

Sign in, open the LF Beauty Plus+ area of your account and convert +Points into credit in steps of £5, £10, £15, £20 or £25. The least you can convert is 500 +Points for £5; the terms set no upper limit if you have the points.

The credit appears in your basket. Select it at checkout to use it: it covers one transaction only, expires 30 days after you converted it, and cannot buy LOOKFANTASTIC gift vouchers. LOOKFANTASTIC’s usual brand and product exclusions apply.

How many points per pound does LOOKFANTASTIC give?

LF Beauty Plus+ members earn 5 +Points for every £1 spent at lookfantastic.com, not counting delivery and after any promotional discounts. You must be signed in to your account when you pay. A LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Box subscription earns points too.

How much are LOOKFANTASTIC points worth?

Yes. LOOKFANTASTIC’s terms say entry is free with no purchase necessary. It is open to customers aged 16 or over with a LOOKFANTASTIC account, who opt in from their account. Each person can have one LF Beauty Plus+ account.

What is the LOOKFANTASTIC birthday gift?

A £5 code once a year, emailed to members who have completed the Beauty Profile, given their date of birth and opted in to marketing emails. LOOKFANTASTIC’s pages differ on timing: the terms say it is emailed 7 days before your birthday, the FAQ says at the start of your birthday month, expiring at its end. Fill in your details before your birthday month begins to be safe. It is money off, not points.

Does LOOKFANTASTIC have double points?

Yes. LOOKFANTASTIC runs Double +Points events (its blog mentions Triple ones too) on selected brands, and tells members about them by email. We list each event on this page when we find one, with its end date if LOOKFANTASTIC gives one.

Why are my LOOKFANTASTIC points not showing?

Points show as pending at first: the terms add them 7 working days after an eligible purchase, and the FAQ says 7 days after dispatch, to allow for returns. Orders placed through Guest Checkout earn no points and are never added later, and refunded items lose their points.

Is there a LOOKFANTASTIC loyalty card?

No. LF Beauty Plus+ has no card: your points, credit and level are in your LOOKFANTASTIC account. The terms cover purchases on lookfantastic.com and LOOKFANTASTIC’s local websites; the pages we read mention no points in its stores.
