Space NK NDULGE Rewards (formerly N.dulge): points, rewards and offers

Offers checked 30 Oct 2026 · How we verify offers

NDULGE Rewards is Space NK’s loyalty programme. It is free to join in any UK Space NK store or online, for anyone aged 16 or over, and creating an online account at spacenk.com enrols you automatically with a virtual NDULGE card unless you opt out. Older Space NK terms still use its earlier name, N.dulge, and call each reward an N.centive.

Members collect 1 point per £1 in Space NK stores in the UK and Ireland and at spacenk.com. Every time you reach 100 points, Space NK turns them into a £5 reward automatically, so a point is worth 5p and the return is 5%. Each reward lasts 3 months.

Spend £1,000 or more within 12 months and you move up to NDULGE Deluxe for a year: you still collect 1 point per £1, but every 100 points become a £10 reward, so a point is worth 10p. Deluxe members also get a full-size birthday gift.

Space NK double points events

Space NK runs double points as dated promotions, each with its own terms in its help centre: 2 points in total for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases during the promotion, so 10p back in every £1 at the standard tier. Some have covered everything and some a single category, such as fragrance, and new members qualify as soon as they join, even during the promotion.

Two examples from archived copies of Space NK’s terms: double points on everything, online and in stores, from 7am on Friday 29 August to 11:45pm on Monday 1 September 2025; and double points on fragrance from 7am on Monday 18 March to 11:45pm on Friday 22 March 2024. We have found no calendar of future events; when one is running, it is listed on this page with its dates.

Some members are emailed a double points week of their own, which works only for the account that received the email. We don’t list those, as other readers can’t use them.

How to collect Space NK NDULGE points faster

  1. Sign in before you pay online

Space NK’s terms say you must be signed in to your online account before completing an order to collect points automatically. If you joined in store and have no online account, create one, choose not to make a new NDULGE account, and enter your NDULGE number at checkout to link the two.

  2. Write reviews of what you buy

Space NK pays 10 NDULGE points for each approved product review, up to 10 reviews a month, on products bought at spacenk.com or a UK store. Use the email address on your NDULGE account when you submit a review; the points arrive 10 days after it is approved. Ten reviews a month make 100 points, a £5 reward.

  3. Save bigger shops for a double points event

During a double points event every £1 earns 2 points, so a £100 order makes 200 points: two £5 rewards instead of one.

  4. Aim for NDULGE Deluxe

Spend £1,000 or more within 12 months and every 100 points become a £10 reward for the following year, doubling the return to 10%. Spend a further £1,000 in that year to stay; otherwise you move back to the standard tier and your spending history starts again.

  5. Collect points on treatments

Space NK’s events page says you earn NDULGE points on every in-store treatment, such as FaceGym and the Brow Blink Bar. Rewards cannot be used to pay for treatments.

  6. Claim missing points within 7 days

If points from a purchase are missing, Space NK can add them up to 7 days after the purchase, with evidence of it, at its discretion. Points from online orders are added once the order is dispatched.

How to spend Space NK NDULGE points

You don’t choose when to spend points: each time your balance reaches 100 points, they become a reward (£5, or £10 at Deluxe), added to your account within 48 hours. A reward can pay for part or all of a purchase in store or online, and lasts 3 months from when it is issued. You can use a promo code and a reward on the same order.

Online, go to the Payment & Summary step at checkout, enter your 20-digit NDULGE number, choose Check Balance, type the amount of reward to use (without the £ sign) and choose Redeem. Rewards can be redeemed in store too. You earn no points on the part of an order paid with a reward or a gift card.

Rewards cannot buy gift cards or pay for treatments, and points and rewards have no cash value. Your reward balance can’t go above £1,002 at any one time.

Space NK NDULGE FAQ

Are there any Space NK NDULGE bonus points offers right now?

Yes, there are currently 3 live Space NK NDULGE offers on this page, each checked on the brand's own site.

How many Space NK points do you get per £1?

1 NDULGE point for every £1 you spend at Space NK, in store or online when signed in, at both the standard and the Deluxe tier. Points are not earned on the part of an order paid by gift card or reward, and one transaction can earn at most 5,000 points.

What are Space NK points worth?

Every 100 points become a £5 reward, so a point is worth 5p and 1 point per £1 is a 5% return. At NDULGE Deluxe every 100 points become a £10 reward: 10p a point, a 10% return.

Do Space NK points and rewards expire?

Yes. Points expire after 12 months, and each reward lasts 3 months from when it is issued. Space NK may also close an account inactive for 16 months or more, and its points are then lost.

What is NDULGE Deluxe and how do you get it?

It is the top tier of NDULGE. When your card records £1,000 or more of spending within 12 months, you move up for a year from that date, and every 100 points become a £10 reward instead of £5. Spend a further £1,000 in that year to stay; otherwise you return to the standard tier and your spending history no longer counts. Deluxe members also get a full-size birthday gift.

What is the Space NK birthday gift?

NDULGE members get a birthday gift: Deluxe members a luxury full-size product. To qualify you must be subscribed to Space NK’s marketing emails and have bought something in the last 12 months; the birthday email goes out between the 1st and 8th of your birthday month, with one gift per customer while stocks last. You can add your birthday to your account online. It is a gift, not points.

When is the next Space NK double points day?

We have found no calendar of future double points events on Space NK’s pages. Each one is announced with its own terms in Space NK’s help centre while it runs, and when one is running it is listed on this page with its dates.

Do you get Space NK points for reviews?

Yes. NDULGE members get 10 points for each approved product review, up to 10 reviews a month, on products bought at spacenk.com or a UK Space NK store. Use your NDULGE email address with the review; the points arrive 10 days after approval.

Why are my Space NK points not showing?

Points from an online order are added on dispatch, not when you order: Space NK asks you to allow 48 hours after dispatch, and its terms allow up to 5 working days after a transaction. Points are only collected online if you were signed in before paying. Missing points can be added up to 7 days after the purchase, with evidence of it.

Does Space NK have a loyalty card?

Yes: the NDULGE card, free from any UK Space NK store or online. An online account at spacenk.com comes with a virtual NDULGE card, and the NDULGE page of your account helps you find its 20-digit membership number.
